AVRIL & DENNIS HOLLAND established Claremont in 1989. The guest house is open all year, centrally heated and there is ample car parking space.  The lift to the seafront is only a three minute walk.  Rail and bus stations, the town centre, beach and beautiful cliff walks, Keats Green, the Old Village and Shanklin Chine can be reached within five minutes.

ALL BEDROOMS are en-suite and each is equipped with a colour TV, hair dryer and tea making facilities.  We have 2 family, 2 double (one on the ground floor) and 1 twin rooms with access at all times.

EXCELLENT HOME COOKING.  Full English breakfast is served at 8.30am.

SATURDAYS.  We would ask for your co-operation by not arriving before 1.30pm.

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT to suit all age groups is provided every evening in the large hotels (one being as near as the opposite side of the road) where non-residents are most welcome.
